Tea tree oil is a great natural alternative for getting rid of pimples. It contains natural antibacterial properties that make it an excellent alternative to harsh synthetic chemicals. Just a small amount of oil will penetrate the skin to unblock the sebaceous glands, disinfect pores and dry out whiteheads, blackheads, pimples and other blemishes. It has unique disinfecting and soothing properties and, unlike other acne treatments, tea tree oil will not strip your skin of its natural oils and cause further damage. It can be very strong though, so use it sparingly! Place on the blemish directly with the applicator! Some have said they experience the pimple drying up overnight.

Application: Apply tea tree oil directly to pimples or blemishes using the ball rod. Gently dab the tea tree oil onto any pimples or spots. Leave for a few hours, or overnight. The redness and swelling should decrease. Tea tree is generally safe to apply directly to facial skin to treat acne breakouts, but do an allergy test before applying to a wide area. See description for more information on allergy testing.

Many consider tea tree oil the holy grail of blemish and acne treatments, and believe it to be more effective than chemical treatments, without the side effects. The therapeutic properties are antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral, balsamic, bactericide, cicatrisant, expectorant, fungicide, insecticide, stimulant and sudorific. Tea tree oil is an essential oil obtained by steam distillation of the leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia, a plant native to Australia.
